Chamomile oil is known for its tea benefits but its oil also has many great benefits as well. Roman chamomile oil helps with insomnia and it also calms the nerves if applied on the skin via massaging. Just add a few drops of oil to a carrier oil and massage. You can also use the oil by placing a few drops in a humidifier that aids with nervousness.
 

#2 Jasmine

Jasmine oil is another mood-boosting essential oil that smells wonderful. In a study conducted for inhalation of jasmine, the participants became more positive and upbeat. It is believed to have an aphrodisiac effect, jasmine can be applied to the skin but is commonly used via a vaporizer to make inhalation much easier and soothing.
 

#1 Grapefruit

Grapefruit oil is very good for helping you to relax and even helps with lowering blood pressure. It is believed that limonene an ingredient found in grapefruit helps with mood improvement. It is believed to also help with digestion if ingested with water, no more than two drops, or rubbed on the abdomen. It has been added with coconut oil to rub on the skin to rid the body of cellulite. Like all essential oils, you can use this with a humidifier for a fresh scent and aromatherapy.
